The shopping centre is planned as a hygienic modern market with organized zones, retail outlets, and food courts. Landscaped parks, a water body, open-air auditorium, and cultural elements inspired by Valluvanad complete the experience. This project redefines urban infrastructure by blending mobility, commerce, and culture into one landmark destination.
